  1. This version fixes a couple of minor bugs related to the interest
  2. rate charged on time loans. Also users are no longer allowed to
  3. deposit all of their time into their account but must keep 3 minutes
  4. out.  This is so that they can have enough time to log back on and
  5. withdraw time from the bank if they change their mind later in the day.
